SS White® Great White® Depth Cutters are available in sterile, individually packaged tungsten carbide, friction grip burs specifically designed with a self-limiting stop to produce 2 mm or 1.5 mm occlusal depth cuts necessary for feldspathic (milled) crown, inlay or onlay preparations. The carbide construction of the Great White® Depth Cutters will not clog when used on amalgam and composite restorations, compared to diamond depth cutters, making it an ideal universal instrument when initiating preparations on restored or non-restored occlusal surfaces.
