Personal Protection Equipment such as gloves, masks, gowns and disinfectants are non refundable unless damaged or defective.
Occasional damage occurs during shipping. If your order is delivered damaged, please contact Ancin within 48 hours.
If your item is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange to have it replaced as soon as possible. We can contact the manufacturer to have them look into it, and in some cases, they will require the defective item back for examination by their quality control department. Any information on the item’s packaging such as a lot number, date of manufacture, or expiry will be required by the manufacturer, so please keep the defective items and packaging!
